During the first day of the Second LTTA in Spain, at Colegio Santiago Apóstol Cabanyal’s facilities, Turkish and Spanish students first worked together on the linguistic aspects of the project, focusing on technical vocabulary.
The Turkish students were properly trained in the Interactive Groups methodology, based on the ability of young learners to learn more effectively from more capable peers.
The second task was designing furniture and accessories to be later printed and included in the smarthouse. The software used for the 3D design was Tinkercad and Spanish pupils, under the supervision and guidance of the Turkish peers were able to design elements that included single pieces of furniture and whole rooms.
A selection of these works will be printed by using the the 3D printers available at P1 and inserted in the smart house on the last day.
