Turan Erdogan Yilmaz Fen Lisesi, the Turkish partner of the Ecothings project, presented its new Fablab on October 3rd, 2023, as a soin-off activity of the project which is currently being developed by the international partnership featuring organisations from Spain, Romania, Cyprus and Turkey.
The FabLab is small scale, high-tech workshops that provide design, product development, model and prototype development, as well as production opportunities. The Turkish students will be working on Internet of Objects in the new laboratory and designing a new smart house.
The spin-off project has been possible thanks to the Erasmus+ Programme, the European Union, Mr. Mehmet ÇALI teşekkürKAN, President of the School Family Union, who provided technical support during this process and Mr. Engin, who supported the school with his ideas about the design.
