The first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) took place in Bucarest on March 14th-15th, 2022.
The meeting objectives were:
- to overview the whole project and the corresponding budget;
- to name the Steering Committee members;
- to set up the project calendar and the GDrive shared folder;
- to define tasks, responsibilities and milestones;
- to specify eligible and non-eligible costs;
- to study Wyliodrin software demo and check its applicability to Project Result 2.

…to get first-hand insight on passive houses (whose basic concepts will be implemented in the Ecohouse)…
…and to enjoy the wonders of Bucarest.
